Who is IDT Financial Services Ltd.?

IDT Financial Services is the issuer of your prepaid card.

The Card is issued by IDT Financial Services Limited (IDTFS) pursuant to licence from Visa Europe Limited. IDTFS is regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Commission, Gibraltar. Is my money safe?

Yes – as a responsible e-money issuer IDT Financial Services Limited takes the security of your money very seriously. In the unlikely event that IDT becomes insolvent although you will not be able to recover your money from the Gibraltar Deposit Guarantee Scheme, your funds are held in a secure client account, specifically for the purpose of redeeming transactions made via your card. In the unlikely event of any insolvency, funds that have reached our account will be protected against claims by creditors.
