Firstly we give you two separate accounts. Your eccount is for your bills and regular payments, a separate card account is for you to make payments in store, online and to withdraw cash.
You can think of them as two jam jars:

- Card Account = Spend Account
Secondly, we make it easy for you to manage your money by giving you access to:

- Mobile Banking
- Automated Telephone Banking
- UK Based Customer Care Team
Plus we’ll send you email and SMS text alerts when your balance drops below a certain amount or if money has been paid in for FREE.
