Set up your standing order

You can set up a standing order to or from your eccount money eccount, if you need to pay a set amount on a regular basis. This facility could help you to keep track of your finances, manage your outgoings more efficiently and help to ensure that you do not miss any payments.

Once set up,  Standing Orders are active within 2 working days, if you require your standing order to be active the next day then please contact Customer Care on 0845 872 0826.

You must ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the standing order for it to be processed correctly.

Please note that the transfer of money is not instant, it can take up to 3 working days – please consider this when setting up your standing order to ensure the recipient receives the funds when required.

To set up your standing order, by clicking on the ‘Standing Order’ tab once you have logged on.

It’s easy to set up and login to your eccount, Follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to your eccount
  2. Select “Payments and Transfers”
  3. Select “Add New”

One off payments

You can also make one-off payments to friends and family members aswell as paying other organisations using the Payments and Transfers function

  1. Log-in to your eccount
  2. Select “Payments”
  3. Expand “Transfers & Recipients”
  4. Select “Add New”
  5. Complete the required fields and click OK
  6. Your payment will be sent to the recipient

Direct Debits

You are also able to set up Direct Debits on your account. There is an additional charge for the Direct Debit Service. Please call customer care for further details.
